We sincerely appreciate your ongoing support and subscription to the dLibrary Japan service. As we continuously strive to enhance your streaming experience, we would like to inform you about some important changes to the dLibrary Japan service and the suspension of service.
We have already ceased accepting new contracts and stopped resume service procedures as of September 1. Additionally, the paid service will end on September 30. We assure existing subscribers* can continue to enjoy the programs without any charges through October. However, the service will be temporarily suspended from November 1.

While we are eager to launch the new service and plan to commence service within the fiscal year 2023 (until March 2024), we will promptly notify you via email as soon as the service launch date is confirmed. Our team is working diligently to ensure the new service offers an array of Japanese content and a seamless viewing experience.
As part of the transition, we would like to address the subject of subscription payments and access to the service:
We value your continued support as a subscriber to dLibrary Japan through platforms such as iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Roku, Android, and Amazon Fire TV. We want to inform you of some important updates regarding your subscription and upcoming changes to our service.
If you have registered through any of the mentioned platforms, we request that you cancel your subscription directly within your selected platform service before September 30th. Please be aware that platforms such as Apple, Roku, Google, and Amazon will charge you for the upcoming month if you do not cancel before your renewal anniversary date.

A. We are gearing up to launch an updated streaming distribution service to enhance the dLibrary Japan experience. A temporary suspension is necessary to prepare and implement this new service.
A. During the suspension, the current dLibrary Japan service will be temporarily unavailable. We are refreshing the service's appearance to offer even more engaging content. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience until service is restored.
A. The new streaming distribution service will offer Japanese content on-demand across smartphones, tablets, smart TVs, and personal computers, similar to dLibrary Japan. Additionally, we are introducing the option to view NHK news, enhancing your streaming experience.
